Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of our wax melts being handmade, perishable, and fragrance-based, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges if your item is:Damaged or faulty upon arrival or You have received the wrong item in your order.  If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at scentsofbohemia@consultant.com , including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

🔒 Hygiene & Scent Sensitivity - For hygiene reasons and to preserve the integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened wax melts, or if you simply change your mind or don’t love the scent. We recommend starting with our sample sets or monthly subscription to explore your perfect match.

📦 Return Process - If your return is approved:We’ll provide you with return instructionsYou must return the item in its original packaging.  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the return
